For further development of our company, we are looking for new employees on the position Consultant .
The Consultant in our company specializes in recruitment, selection and placement of candidates within a particular specialization. The Consultant must be able to handle the whole cycle of the project: from generating demand from potential employers and agreement on the terms of cooperation, to recruitment and selection of suitable candidates and related consultancy, to placement of the candidates to their new employers and subsequent monitoring of the candidate's and the employer's satisfaction.
The Consultant's work is very interesting, variable and provides unique opportunities for self-realization, however, at the same time, it is very demanding for the Consultant. The work is extremely dynamic and very complex, requires a wide background, excellent organizational capabilities, ability to handle various different activities, to set the priorities and work on multiple projects at the same time.
In order to enjoy the work of the Consultant, you must enjoy working with people, practically day-long communication with them - both personal and first of all on the phone. A good Consultant must have a refined sense of communication and social interaction, he/she must be able to listen, understand and coordinate the needs of the candidates with those of their potential employers. He/she must be able to negotiate with anyone, on any level.
The position requires a proactive, systematic and dynamic personality oriented on achieving results. The Consultant has clearly defined business goals he/she has to fulfill. The position puts high demand on energy outlay and internal self-motivation.
