Consultant of Insight Inside s. r. o. - CZK 40-60 000+
For further development of our personnel-consulting company, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of the Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for creation and development of the customer portfolio and for active seeking, recruitment and placement of candidates, specializing in particular area of finance. He/she will be responsible for maintaining and development of long-term relationships both with the customers and with the candidates.
Job description:
• active addressing of candidates and potential customers on the phone
• interviews with the candidates
• obtaining of customers and negotiation of the terms of cooperation
• personal dealings with clients
• implementation and management of the whole recruitment process - from negotiating the terms and start of cooperation, to recommendation and introduction of the candidates to the customer and keeping the project's agenda, to filling the vacant position and subsequent monitoring
• organization of interviews for the customers
• personnel consultancy focusing on the labor market, the area of professional and personal development
• meeting the turnover plan
• working with the database and ongoing updates
Requirements:
• at least 2 years of experience in the commercial sphere, ideally in the finance area
• sales experiences are an advantage
• university education with major in economics is an advantage
• positive references from previous employers required
• active command of English - ability of conducting business negotiations
• excellent communication skills
• organizational abilities
• ability to set priorities and work on multiple projects at the same time
• customer-oriented thinking and conduct
